First CIC Course / Workshop

The Centro de Innovación del Cacao (CIC) will give its first Course / Workshop on "Sensory evaluation of cocoa and derivatives" on October 27 and 28. This will be dictated by the expert in sensory evaluation of the CIC: the MSc. Andrea Mejía, trained at HAW in Germany and member of the Jury Evaluator of the Salón del cacao y chocolate 2017.
